Cancellation and Refund

At Advance Holidays, we understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation and refund policies below:

Cancellation by Customer:

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email.
Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation:
30 days or more before travel: 20% of the total package cost.
15-29 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost.
Less than 15 days before travel: 100% of the total package cost (No refund).
Cancellation by Advance Holidays:

In case of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, we reserve the right to cancel the trip with a full refund.
Refund Processing:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
Convenience fees and taxes are non-refundable.
